QRPix Terms of Use

1. Overview of the Service

QRPix allows users to upload and share photos and short messages through a unique QR code. Depending on your selected plan, you may upload and share a limited or extended number of photos. Each album you create generates a personalized viewing page where your family and friends can see your photos and your optional welcome message.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use QRPix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you must not upload, write, or share any content (including your welcome message, photos, or captions) that:

• Contains nudity, sexual content, violence, or hate speech;
• Is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or invasive of another person’s privacy;
• Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• Contains malware, spam, or any harmful code;
• Promotes illegal or fraudulent activity.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or create within QRPix. We reserve the right to remove or disable any content that violates these Terms, and to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Ownership and License

You retain all rights to the photos, welcome messages, and any other content you upload. By uploading or creating content through QRPix, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content only for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your photos or messages, and we will never sell or publicly distribute them.

4. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service — including your email address, account details, photos, and welcome messages. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using QRPix, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@qrpix.app. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing your account with others.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment information on our servers. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

QRPix may modify its pricing or plan features at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers.

7. Content Storage and Deletion

You may edit or delete your photos and welcome message at any time by logging into your account. If you delete an album or close your account, we will permanently remove your associated data from our systems within a reasonable period.

We may also remove content that violates our Terms, is inactive for extended periods, or poses a technical or legal risk to the Service.

8. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your license to use QRPix ends immediately, and we may delete your content and account information.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting support@qrpix.app.

9. Disclaimers

The QRPix Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRPix disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QRPix and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service — including, but not limited to, data loss, unauthorized access, or content deletion.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using QRPix.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted at qrpix.app/terms, with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of QRPix after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
